For the High Wind Warning, southeast winds 20to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph tonight, becoming southwestThursday morning.* WHERE...Admiralty Inlet Area, San Juan County, Western SkagitCounty, and Western Whatcom County.* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM PST this evening. Forthe High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PSTThursday.* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,especially for high profile vehicles.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds through this evening willbe across the San Juan Islands and Admiralty Inlet. There may be abrief lull in winds early tonight before south winds increaseearly Thursday morning.
