For the Coastal Flood Watch,one to two feet of inundation above ground level possible inlow-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.* WHERE...Middlesex County and Western Monmouth County.* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 6 AM EDTSaturday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Saturday morningthrough Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At moderate flood levels, widespread roadway floodingoccurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inlandtidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage tovulnerable structures may begin to occur.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some guidance continues to indicatemoderate coastal flooding may occur during the Friday morninghigh tide cycle. While confidence in this remains low, a short-fused warning may be issued during the next update to coverthis high tide cycle.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
