In Washington, SouthWashington Coast.* WHEN...From 7 AM to 1 PM PST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding and erosion is possible in the lowlying areas near bays, sloughs, highway 101, and the lowerreaches of the coastal rivers.A Coastal Flood Advisory means that tidal overflow flooding isexpected. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alertfor rising water, and take appropriate action to protect life andproperty.

Flood Advisory issued November 12 at 4:17PM PST until November 13 at 4:15PM PST by NWS Portland OR* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...Most areas across southwest Washington and northwestOregon.* WHEN...Until 415 PM PST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is expected overnightinto Wednesday.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 410 PM PST, Rain will increase this evening, with rainbecoming heavy at times overnight. This will cause areas ofurban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainageareas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Inaddition, leaf-clogged storm drains will create poordrainage, resulting in flooded roadways and intersections.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are expectedtonight into Wednesday, with the 2 to 5 inches along thecoast into the Coast Range and Willapa Hills.
